Hans Gruber

Wais P x Pete Twist dropped their latest collaborative piece ‘Hans Gruber‘ named after the well-known villain and antagonist from Die Hard. While P and Twist aren’t in any way bad guys, they do have similarities in the way they manage to hold your headphones hostage with this killer new project that they’ve been teasing for months now, already dropping a few singles to show signs of life.

The seven track project is full-blown fire and features some heavy spitters – Lil Fame, Planet Asia, The Musalini, Eto and others, and Pete Twist does his thing on the production tip, delivering a variety of diverse, dusty, boom bap bangers to test out the neck muscles. The balance between the heavier beats, and the more subtle, soulful, lounge style production is engaging and hypnotic, much like the silky flow of Wais P when he’s behind that mic.
