JFliz is back with more new music, this time it’s a double single with both tracks produced by The Odd Pilot. ‘Diametric‘ contains two songs, which are polar opposites of each other and showcase the versatility of both emcee and producer. The first track is the heartfelt, introspective ‘Always Know‘ in which an impassioned Fliz speaks on some of the gloomy, sombre periods of life, while also fighting through the darkness to shed light on the positives. It’s a well produced track that captures the emotion of the lyrics, through the instrumental which is airy, almost ethereal with crisp drumwork.
As the title of the double single suggests, the second track ‘Cabin of Hate‘ stands in contradiction of the first in terms of style, sound and substance. It’s a more nefarious sounding anthem and Fliz grabs the track by the throat and gets the head nodding and the stankface on as he just slaughters the synth laden production from The Odd Pilot.
