At this stage it should be no suprise that when The Bad Seed drops new music, it’s must-listen material and hip hop of the highest order. Fresh from dropping the Raw Side Hip Hop Awards 2022 Album of the Year with ‘Four Finger Ring’, Seed is back and brings the heat with the SnowGoons produced ‘FA & FO‘. This track encapsulates my favourite scientific formula (of which plenty of people pushed the threshold last year!) – but Seed speaks the real as he always does, and entertains in a way that very few can. Yet another shoutout to Tone Spliff who kills the cuts on this track and was also a Raw Side Hip Hop Award winner in 2021 and 2022 for his work on the wheels of steel.
